200 TDi ...
As a project, we've got to get a seriously abused 200TDI in a fit
state for Landy Rally. The most technologically advanced thing about
it is the movement sensors on the alarm, and they are 15 years old.
You don't want to see this.
Boost Controller
Uses a three port solenoid valve to eliminate waste gate creep
and increase boost pressure. A three position switch selects between
Normal, anti-creep and increased boost.
Diesel Tacho
Designed initially for the Td5 engine, using the ABS signalling from the
main Engine Management Unit, an LED bargraph, indicating peak torque and
peak power.
Diesel Performance Processor
Reads engine load and demand from the existing sensors, and directly
manipulates the fuel injectors to increase power and torque.
Fuel Efficiency Meter
Monitors engine speed, road speed and injector timing to give an
8 point scale of fuel economy.
Telemetry and Telematics
Interface systems to connect to existing vehicle sensors near the
EMU/ECU, and optionally a GPS module, to record running data, for
batch upload via modem or point-to-point radio link.
Immobiliser Sytems
Two tier authentication for cars.
